Scott Moore has over 40 years of senior management experience in sports broadcast, media and sponsorship sales.

He was previously CEO of Uninterrupted Canada, the athlete empowerment platform founded by LeBron James and Maverick Carter.

From 2010 to 2018, Moore was President of Broadcasting and Sportsnet at Rogers Media. During that time, Rogers signed the largest media rights deal in Canadian history, a 12 year/5.2 Billion Dollar agreement with the National Hockey League, which led the transformation of Sportsnet into Canada’s Number One Sports Media Brand. During his time there, he oversaw the launch of North America’s first mainstream sports OTT service, brought the FX Network to Canada and re-launched Citytv as a national broadcast network.

Prior to Rogers, Moore was General Manager of Sports and Network Revenue at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC), overseeing both the Beijing Olympic coverage and CBC’s coverage of the 2010 FIFA World Cup and Commonwealth Games.

Moore is a veteran of 11 Olympic Games, having worked for Canadian and US networks, as well as the IOC. He has been part of 5 network launches, and worked as a producer and executive producer of hundreds of major sporting events and entertainment broadcasts.

Mr. Moore is 62 years young and just celebrated his 29th year of marriage to his wife, Becky.

Renée brings 30+years experience with major sporting events, government and crown corporations, and private sector companies. She’s passionate about building and leading high-performance teams that strive for excellence and deliver exceptional results. And she thrives on bringing the heart and soul of brands to life.

Part of the Organizing Committees for the Calgary 1988 and Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the latter for which she led the Communications team — Renée also gained hands-on experience at the Torino 2006 and Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. Vancouver’s Games are widely considered among the best organized, earned a 90%+ public approval rating and were a major contributing factor to brand Canada’s #1 ranking globally in 2010. She consulted on communications planning for the IOC with the London 2012, Sochi 2014 and Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

As a senior staff member to the Mayor of Calgary and as BC Hydro’s VP of Communications and Conservation, Renée led communications strategy to effectively engage with citizens and build trust in their elected leaders and crown corporations.

Her corporate experience includes Canadian Airlines and Air Canada including launching Air Canada Rouge and leading the flag carrier’s 10,000 cabin crew through historic rapid growth and then massive changes to downsize and implement safety measures in response to COVID-19.

Most recently, Renée was Senior VP, Communications and Community at Aritzia — one of North America’s leading fashion houses – through pandemic operations and its rapid expansion in the US market. Under her leadership, employee satisfaction and sustainability reporting increased, corporate giving expanded and Aritizia consistently delivered record financial results.

Renée volunteers on the Board for BGC South Coast BC which provides safe supportive places for children and youth. She devotes her free time to her husband John and their large family. A distance swimmer and runner and an avid adventure traveller, she’s always on the lookout for the next body of water, trail and destination to explore.

Jenny Duncan is a seasoned marketing and communications leader with 15 years’ experience in reputation management, brand building and community stewardship. Jenny recently joined the Invictus Games Vancouver Whistler 2025 as the Head of Marketing and Communications and brings with her a wealth of experience across a variety of sectors. Her expertise includes non-profit, public affairs, government relations, and event management, and she can’t wait to lend her unique blend of skills to the team.

In her previous role as Director, External Relations of SkilledTradesBC, Jenny led the renaming and branding of the crown corporation as it took on a new leadership role in support of mandatory certification of skilled trades in British Columbia.

Jenny also spent eight years working in various roles at Vancouver Airport Authority (YVR) including Director, Marketing and Communications and as the first Manager, Innovation. In her roles, Jenny was responsible for growing the brand of YVR, voted North America’s best airport 11 years-in-a-row and also recognized as British Columbia’s #3 best brand in the province as named by BC Business. Jenny also successfully led the airport’s issues and crisis management strategy as the airport responded to COVID-19.

Before YVR, Jenny had the opportunity to lead communications and social media for Clara’s Big Ride for Bell Let’s Talk, a cross-Canada tour with Olympian Clara Hughes that helped raise awareness for mental health and eliminate the stigma of mental illness. Prior to that, she worked for a local PR firm where her diverse group of clients included governments, non-profit associations and well-loved local events like the PNE.

Jenny has served on the Board for local non-profit YVR for Kids and has also served on advisory committees with both the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade and the YWCA to support young women in the workplace. She holds an Executive MBA from SFU and a Bachelor of Arts from UBC. When not working or in school, you can find her taking advantage of the west coast lifestyle at a local outdoor swimming pool or cycling around Metro Vancouver.

Meghan Walters is an accomplished HR Manager with over 7 years of experience in developing innovative human resources programs tailored to various industries. With a strong focus on recruiting top talent, fostering employee engagement, and cultivating purpose-led cultures, Meghan is dedicated to nurturing both the professional growth of employees and the success of the organizations they serve.

Meghan holds a bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management from Capilano University and an Advanced Certificate in HR Management from BCIT. Beyond her professional achievements, she is deeply committed to mentorship and has volunteered with Big Sisters for many years. Her commitment to fostering strong workplace cultures, coupled with her dedication to making a difference in her community, underscores Meghan’s holistic approach to leadership and service.

Outside of the office, Meghan finds peace in nature, often exploring the woods with her beloved dog Brody or embarking on biking adventures with her partner. She is also known to recharge in warmer seas on scuba diving excursions a couple times a year.

Robyn McVicker is a purpose-driven visionary leader, passionate about building brands that inspire and deliver operational and service excellence.

Robyn’s unique background reflects distinction in complex operational environments, major events, brand building, communications and marketing. Her passion is building and motivating engaged teams that deliver beyond expectation.

With over 25 years of experience in leadership, Robyn has led operations, communications and events at some of British Columbia’s marquee organizations including Vancouver Airport Authority, Canada Place Corporation and Capilano Suspension Bridge Group. She joined Vancouver International Airport (YVR) to lead the Communications & Marketing team through a period of intense growth as YVR pursued its goal of becoming the preeminent transpacific hub. The team was rewarded for its efforts with numerous international awards, including Best Marketing Team at World Routes. Known for exceptional creativity, stakeholder engagement and dedication to community, Robyn built a community engagement program that expanded YVR’s commitment to accessibility and barrier-free travel.

In 2018, Robyn became the Vice President of Operations and Maintenance at YVR – accountable for the safe and efficient operation of Canada’s second busiest airport. Responsible for the entire operational system, including airside, baggage, terminal, emergency planning and response, and passenger programs, Robyn redesigned the passenger experience to improve flow, introduced increased digital interfaces, and continued to deliver exceptional guest service. Robyn led the organization in its response to the COVID-19 pandemic, ensuring those who had to travel and work at the airport could do so safely. In 2020, Robyn’s role shifted to Vice President of Passenger Journey, which included the terminal and day of operations, emergency planning and response and added the Commercial portfolio.

Robyn is a trusted media spokesperson and a key voice at national and international tables. Since 2015, Robyn was honoured to be on Destination Vancouver’s Board of Directors and served as Interim Chair in 2020 and Chair in 2021-2022. She was also a vocal member of the Airports Council International Standing Committee on Facilitation and Security, including Vice Chair in 2022. Robyn has served on key local committees to inform and promote events and tourism in Vancouver’s parks and downtown.
Robyn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Simon Fraser University and a Master’s Degree in Leadership from Royal Roads University, where she focussed her thesis on the role of business in the community.

Robyn finds great joy in singing in the Universal Gospel Choir- Vancouver’s most established gospel choir. An avid traveller, Robyn loves to explore and pursue adventures around the world, particularly the lesser trod paths of Greece.

An award winning, purpose driven marketer, who inspires bold action, Georgia is a passionate relationship builder, creative storyteller, and brand architect. She is a seasoned marketing executive with over 20 years’ experience building non-profit, publicly traded, and privately held businesses. Her unique experience building and leading teams within both the for profit and not for profit environments, enables her to bring a distinct perspective to the teams and organizations she has ben a part of.

Prior to joining the Invictus Games Vancouver Whistler 2025, she was part of the faculty at BCIT, teaching in the School of Business + Media, supporting the development of future marketers and business leaders.

Other roles include leading the Marketing and Communications, Home Solutions at TELUS, where she led a team of 30 team members and was responsible for all core service products, including TV, Internet, Security, and emerging products. Prior to that, she spent time at Hootsuite, the VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation and Mr. Lube Canada. Before moving client side, Georgia founded and built a highly successful global strategic marketing and event management company, method event planning inc., where she worked with clients throughout the Americas, Europe and Africa.

Georgia is passionate about developing and mentoring team members and is an active volunteer in the marketing community in Vancouver and have served as President of the BC Chapter of the American Marketing Association (BCAMA). She currently sits on the Board of the Whistler Mountain Ski Club (WMSC) whose mission is to develop champions in life and in sport.

Georgia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Capilano University, an advanced diploma in Marketing and a Certificate in Local Government Administration. Outside of work you can find Georgia snowboarding and biking in Whistler, trail running, finding the best cup of coffee, and traveling with her husband and daughter. She is also proud mum to Levi, a three-year-old mini–Australian Shepherd.

Jeff is a born and raised Vancouverite who has lived in Metro Vancouver his whole life. He earned his degree in Economic and Business Administration from SFU and went on to become a Chartered Professional Accountant. With over 25 years of working in senior executive roles within the public, crown, not-for-profit, and varieties of unique environments, he brings a wealth of experience to the Invictus 2025 team!

His experience includes working as the Vice President of Finance at the Pacific National Exhibition where he successfully worked to restore that organization’s financial sustainability and to negotiate the transfer ownership of the PNE from the Province to the City of Vancouver. He then joined the 2010 BC Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games Secretariat, overseeing the Province’s financial and operational commitments to the 2010 Games. Collaborating with the Four Host First Nations Society (FHFNS) for the 2010 Olympic Secretariat, he worked to support and ensure Indigenous participation and help showcase their astonishing culture to the world.

As a Board member for over 20 years in both community and not-for-profit organizations, he also volunteers in his community as an active supporter of participation in sports and outdoor activities for youth.

An experienced leader and effective communicator, Jeff strongly believes that sport can be a catalyst to bring people together, to celebrate ideals of fairness, sacrifice, and hope. It can also carry important messages of inclusion and tolerance.
